Fulfilment and processing

All products are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted production partners.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before dispatch. During busy periods or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Multiple shipments

If your order includes different types of products, they may be produced at separate facilities and shipped separately. You will receive individual shipping confirmations for each parcel.

Shipping rates and delivery times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• UK: 3–7 business days

• Europe: 7–14 business days

• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed.

Order tracking

Once each item ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Customs and import duties

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply once an order reaches the destination country.

Delivery issues

We are not liable for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.
